Our contentions are that Oprah appears to have grown bigger and fatter on the Best Life Diet, that the images used to advertise the diet are not true representations of her appearance during the time she and Bob claim she is/was following the Best Life Diet and that the images are intended to induce consumers to buy into the program despite the fact that it appears to have failed its endorser, Oprah Winfrey and contrary to her testimonial.

It is our opinion that this is dishonest/untruthful, wrong and corrupt.
